Palm Holdings does not accept any funds nor raise capital from public investors or third-parties in any shape or form. Instead, our funds are money we manage from within purely for the sake of gaining experience in portfolio management. Palm Holdings is also not licensed by any regulatory bodies in Singapore.
We do not provide formal agreements or engage in official partnerships
Since our usage of funds is informal, we do not provide formal agreements or provide AML KYC services. Our funds do not come from external investors and we strictly do not provide any form of financial advice. All publications and information from Palm Holdings and our members are purely informational and with the underlying goal to faciliate communication amongst like-minded individuals.
We do not manage a sizeable portfolio
We are managing a portfolio in a non-professional capacity. Hence, we have a marginal Assets Under Management portfolio (< SGD 100k) to distance our activities from formal fund management.
We do not operate professional portfolio management, investment or advisory services
